Your Custom Building Solution. Not Prefab.
REISA Steel is an ideal framing solution for any construction market including residential, industrial, commercial or institutional. We manufacture the only light gauge steel of its kind, custom cut at our factory according to our client’s plans and arriving to the jobsite ready for assembly. Our proprietary steel offers staggering advantages in construction speed, strength, versatility and operational resiliency. Our clients include the U.S. Federal Government, Habitat for Humanity, contractors and developers.
Our light gauge steel framing is known as the Universal Component System which is comprised of channels, tracks and brackets pierced with our signature hole pattern. Utilizing the hole pattern in each component, construction teams easily assemble structures by simply aligning the framing holes and screwing them together with the only tool needed – a screw gun. With all framing arriving to the jobsite pre-cut and ready for assembly there is no measuring, squaring and cutting at the jobsite. This ensures construction quality control and eco-conscious jobsites with little to no job-site waste. When needed, REISA Steel can provide clients the necessary assembly training and supervision.
This structural frame shows REISA Steel’s channels, trusses, and hole pattern for easy assembly.
The designs are limitless. REISA Steel manufactures light gauge framing and truss assembly according to our client’s plans. The framing is engineered to compliment and integrate with red iron when needed and accommodates all standard or innovative interior and exterior finishing materials.
Clients of REISA Steel enjoy true fast-track construction and operational resiliency with buildings that can be engineered to withstand extreme wind and seismic conditions. Additionally, with REISA Steel there are no termites, rot, mold, mildew, moisture absorption, splitting, rust or combustion.
